My name is Richelle Britto, and I am thrilled to serve as your IAFM Youth Wing President this year! As a proud Fort Myers native, I am currently a student at both Fort Myers High School and Florida SouthWestern State College (FSW). I am honored to return for my second year on the Youth Wing committee and excited to step into this new leadership role.

My team and I are committed to strengthening our community by celebrating and sharing our rich culture through inclusive events and meaningful experiences for all ages. In addition to my work with the Youth Wing, I actively participate in a variety of extracurriculars and volunteer programs throughout the Fort Myers area.

I also serve as captain of the varsity tennis and golf teams, where I’ve had the opportunity to grow as a leader—skills I look forward to bringing into my role as President. I’m deeply passionate about building connections, creating impact, and making this year one of our most memorable yet.
